Trying to lose weight-splenda in tea?
Hey guys, I know it's not a huge deal but I'm really trying to cut down my calorie intake especially in beverages so I'd like to replace the occassional soda with sweet tea but I was planning to use Splenda. Recently I read a few articles about how Splenda's not actually calorie free and it's not good for you and I've heard that before, but I was wondering if making a pitcher of tea using some Splenda would hurt my weight loss goals? I'd be drinking water the rest of the time. Thanks!
The most simple exercise for losing weight is just to walk. Walking down the street a few times helps even. You must be consistent with it.-.!
