Should I ask for a new mug?
I came home from work yesterday and there was a package on my front doorstep. When I opened the package, I found that it was my free mug from YA for reaching level 6! Unfortunately the mug was broken, despite the bubble wrap. Should I tell YA and ask for a replacement? I feel kinda bad about it since it was free and all, but I like the mug (except that it's broken).
I would tell Yahoo and inform the mail service that delivered it to let then know what barbarians they have working for them. lol But yeah...don't feel bad. Let them know the situation. If I gave a gift to someone and it got to them broken, I would want to replace it.
