Glazed Redware

made in japan redware teapot question?
My question is about a brown glazed style of teapots. They are usually hand painted with a orange, blue, yellow. It looks like flowers sometimes. The word Japan is stamped on the bottom. They come in all shapes and sizes.
My question is, are these "made in occupied japan". I am having an interesting conversation regarding these pots. Despite my trying to reaearch them, I cannot find any reference to occupied Japan. Thanks in advance.
From what I understand when Made in Occupied Japan those are the words on the bottom and of course that is rare because of the brief time period. Perhaps you should google Japanese red ware or Made in Occupied Japan. Good Luck.
