Hatching Design
How much would you pay for these mini desserts?
The pic shows mini pumpkin pies, but I will be selling several flavors; blueberry, pumpkin, apple, cherry, banana, lemon meringue, cranberry, peach, and they will have the traditional lattice dough design (it's where the dough on the top of the pie is shaped into a cross-hatch design).

Would you buy 10 mini pies for $5? 20 mini pies for $10?
It really depends on the size of each pie.. To bother working with then they must be fairly big so I think that the price you suggested would be fine if not too cheap. Are you selling them in a restaurant or bakesale?? You have to decided how many people would want for 1 serving and price them like that.. maybe 3 for $3.50.. you really need to figure up how much it costs you to make them and decided how much you want to make for your time!!
