Japanese Moriage

What is something worth collecting?
I was thinking about starting a collection of Japanese moriage. I'm wondering if starting this collection is worth the money? Any ideas as to what else I could collect that would be worth something down the road?
Honestly, with the coming of ebay, there isn't much out there that is worth saving anymore.
You used to be able to save toys, so everyone did. Held onto their little alfs. They would go for as much as $20 at flea markets for this vintage find... and now they go for as low as $5 on ebay.
If I were you, I would invest in silver. As far a collection, just whatever you like to have, and don't worry about it being an investment, since you'll probably become attatched anyway.
