How to wear bright or dark eyeshadow during the day?
I just bought the coastal scents ultra shimmer pallete, and a lot of the colors are kinda crazy. I was just wonder if i only wore it on the lid and paired it with a neutral if it would still look strange.
To wear a bright eyeshadow during the day: Go for a pop of color paired with neutral tones. Wear a neutral brown or beige eyeshadow on your lid, a darker color in the crease, and a lighter color on the brow bone (basic) Line your upper lashline with brown eyeliner. Take a bright color of your choice and line your lower lashline (two thirds of the way out will look the best)
For a dark eyeshadow, apply your eyeshadow the same way as you would have above except for the bright pop of color. Then take a small amount of a dark color of your choice and slowly drag it in to the outer part of your crease (where you feel the brush sinking into your eye socket) Blend in a circular motion into your outer V to darken up a neutral eye, and give you a sexy smokey, daytime look!
