What is wrong if MLB's drug testing? The St Louis pitcher would tragically died recently was drunk and had
pot in his truck. If MLB can have a fan thrown out and banned from a stadium because shining a flashlight at players could potentially put the players in harm's way, why isn't testing picking up drunk or stoned players better? Having a drunk or stoned pitcher throw at your head at 95mph isn't a threat? If MLB was doing a good job testing might have even saved this guy. Sad.
Yes aznqt_pi - that's it. Pot use would stay in your system for a long time. Drug testing should have picked up on at least this. If you can ban a fan for a flashlight shouldn't MLB at least identify and get this guy into rehab?
Hmmm - ok I don't know much about baseball but it seems like the question is if baseball bans a fan from the game for some flashlight thing citing safety - why aren't they doing more about keeping drunk/stoned players off the field.
