What do the blue P plates mean in Victoria, Australia? (Do NOT answer that they are faded green P plates)?
I have recently seen blue P plates on cars and i know for a fact that some of them are NOT faded green P plates...so what does it mean to have a blue P plate and what are the conditions involved to have them?
The VicRoads website only mentions yellow "L" plates and red and green 'P' plates.
