how can moss, lichens be encouraged to grow on outside pottery?
Have some outside urns pottery that I would like to grow some moss on to age. I have heard something about yogurt culture or sour milk sprayed on the pot .?
Butter Milk.
Collect some moss, and combine 1 part moss to 2 parts butter milk and using a blender liquefy the mix.
Then using a foam paint brush just cover your urns with the mix and let sit for about a year.
