Turkey Stock has too much water can it be saved?
I am making a turkey soup from left overs. I have a big stock pot, the kind you would use to cook lobsters. I added the turkey bones and skin, some veggies and spices.. then filled up the water about 2 inches before the rim.. but it's been 3 hours and it smells great but not so much flavor.. any way i can save this stock??
Continue to simmer the stock, as it reduces you will intensify the flavor. You can also add turkey boullion to the broth to add flavor. Did you put in carrots, celery and onion to the stock? If you can't find turkey boullion use chicken and it will still make great soup.
