Sugar Creamer
Special k challenge! are you allowed to drink coffee with sugar free creamer and splenda?
Because im starting the 2 week special k challenge tomorrow and I would love to be able to have coffee since I have class tomorrow I don't want to be tired, but I don't wanna mess up the challenge! The coffee how's no calories its the french roast Maxwell coffee and I usually put 2 tablespoon sugar free creamer and 2splenda teaspoon splenda. Do you think im able to have coffee?
The special k challenge is, for breakfast you eat the special k cereal then for a snack eat either a special k protein shake or bar! For lunch samething, for snack samerhing but u can eat whatever special k product you want then for dinner you can eat a healthy dinner u do that for 2 weeks!
